  1. This Promotion is open to all primary and/or supplementary credit cardholders issued in Malaysia only.
  2. The followings categories of persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in this Promotion:
  3. Cardholder(s) of HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i(s) that are not issued in Malaysia; 
  4. Cardholder(s) of company and/or corporate HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i(s).
  5. Cashback units are limited to a maximum of 980 units or RM250,000 in total for this Promotion on a first come first serve basis.
  6. Offers in this Promotion are not applicable for any on-going promotion, discounts, vouchers and/or loyalty programs.
  7. In the event of a tie in transaction time for the last unit(s) of Cashback for this Promotion, the Cashback will go to the Primary Eligible Cardholder in accordance to the priority order as follows; HSBC Premier Travel Mastercard Credit Card, HSBC Premier World MasterCard Credit Card, HSBC Amanah Premier World MasterCard Credit Card-i, HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card, HSBC TravelOne Credit Card, HSBC Live+ Credit Card, HSBC Platinum VISA Credit Card, HSBC Platinum MasterCard Credit Card, HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Credit Card-i and HSBC Amanah MPower Credit Card-i.
  8. Offers are valid for purchase of any of the latest iPhone models at Apple The Exchange TRX or Apple Store Online @ www.apple.com/my/store and in a single receipt with a minimum spend of RM6,999. To be eligible for the Cashback, Cardholders will need to meet the minimum spend using their HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i.
  9. Offers are applicable at Apple The Exchange TRX or Apple Store Online @ www.apple.com/my/store only. 
  10. Offers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discount/vouchers.
  11. Each HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i cardholder eligible for Cashback from the offers is entitled to one (1) unit of Cashback only throughout the Promotion Period.
  12. HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah is not the supplier of goods and service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and service(s) provided. Any disputes on product quality, or services from a merchant or retailer should be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the merchant or retailer.
  13. These offers may be subject to applicable tax, if any.
  14. Cashback will be fulfilled 16 weeks after the end of the campaign period. 
  15. The following terms and conditions apply to the Cashback(s):
  16. The Cashback is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or in kind.
  17. HSBC will not entertain any request from any eligible cardholders or any other person to fulfil the Cashback to any third party other than the Eligible Cardholders
  18. During the Promotion Period and at the time of fulfilment of the Cashback, if any Eligible Spend of the Participating HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Cards/-i(s) are disputed or alleged to be fraudulent, or the Eligible Cardholder’s Participating HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Cards/-i(s) is not activate, dormant/inactive, suspended, delinquent, or invalid or cancelled, the Eligible Cardholder will be disqualified from participating or receiving the Cashback for this Promotion.
