Terms and Conditions

  1. Credit cardholders who complete payment with their HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card-i(s) during the promotion period at the event cashier counter will be eligible to redeem the Complimentary Gift under this promotion.
  2. The total allocation of Complimentary Gifts is limited to the first one hundred and fifty (150) customers for Offer 1 and first one hundered (100) customers for Offer 2 only throughout the Promotion Period, on a first come first served basis.
  3. Offer for redemption of a Complimentary Gift worth up to RM300 is valid for a minimum spend of RM3,000 in a single receipt at Valiram's Merdeka Sale at Mayang Sari Ballroom, JW Mariott Hotel KL using HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i(s).
  4. Offer for redemption of a Complimentary Gift worth up to RM150 is valid for a minimum spend of RM1,500 in a single receipt at Valiram's Merdeka Sale at Mayang Sari Ballroom, JW Mariott Hotel KL using HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i(s).
  5. Splitting or combination of receipts is not allowed.
  6. HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah is not the supplier of goods and service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and service(s) provided. Any disputes on product quality, or services from a merchant or retailer should be resolved directly between the cardholder and the merchant or retailer.
  7. Cardholders must redeem the Complimentary Gift using the original receipt on the day of purchase at HSBC's booth located at the event floor.
  8. Cardholders must be willing to disclose the credit card number used for purchase for the purpose of verification during redemption.
  9. The following terms and conditions apply to the Complimentary Gift(s):
  10. The complimentary item is non exchangeable for cash or other products/treatments/services.
  11. Each HSBC/HSBC Amanah cardholder is only limited to one (1) unit of the Complimentary Gift per eligible receipt throughout the offer period.
  12. HSBC will not entertain any request to fulfil the redemption by any third party other than the cardholders.
  13. HSBC reserves the right to replace the Complimentary Gift with any items/services of equivalent value at any time as determined by HSBC.
  14. The Complimentary Gift must be redeemed on the same day visit.
  15. HSBC/HSBC Amanah reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or discontinue/withdraw this offer, with 3 days’ prior notice.
  16. During the Promotion Period and at the time of fulfilment of the redemption, if any transactions made are disputed or alleged to be fraudulent, the cardholder will be disqualified from participating or receiving the cComplimentary item for this promotion.
