Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment must be made with an HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i issued in Malaysia only. 
  2. Offer is valid from 01 September 2026 to 30 April 2027.
  3. Each HSBC credit cardholder/-i is entitled to receive RM15 cashback with a minimum nett spend amount of RM250 on a single payment/transaction (one receipt) at Jaya Grocer during the promotion period. 
  4. Offer is valid for in-store purchases at all Jaya Grocer outlets nationwide and online purchases made on JayaGrocer.com, excluding GrabMart and TikTok Shop.
  5. Purchases of Jaya Grocer Gift Cards are eligible. Touch & Go reloads/top-ups at all Jaya Grocer outlets are excluded. 
  6. Payments made using an HSBC Credit Card/-i via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay at cashier-managed payment counters or self-checkout payment counters and/or online purchases on JayaGrocer.com are eligible, subject to meeting the RM250 minimum nett spend of per single payment/transaction.
  7. For payments involving discount vouchers, e-vouchers, Jaya Grocer Gift Cards, or GrabCoins redemptions, only the final nett amount charged to and paid with an HSBC Credit Card/-i (after all discounts/redemptions) will be counted towards the RM250 minimum spend threshold.
  8. Only transactions successfully posted and captured in HSBC’s Bank system will be eligible.
  9. Each HSBC credit cardholder/-i is entitled to redeem up to 2 times of cashback per month at Jaya Grocer during the promotion period. 
  10. Cashback is allocated on a monthly first-come-first-serve basis, determined by the transaction date/time recorded in the HSBC Bank’s system, and is subject to availability of the monthly allocation. 
  11. Offer is capped at RM100,000 monthly budget allocation.
  12. Offer is non exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other HSBC Bank on-going offers, discounts, vouchers and loyalty programs/privilege cards, unless expressly stated otherwise by HSBC Bank.
  13. Splitting of receipts is not allowed.
  14. HSBC Bank reserves the right to reverse, claw back or forfeit the cashback if any transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or returned, or if such adjustment causes the final nett spend captured in the HSBC Bank’s system to fall below the RM250 minimum nett spend threshold.
  15. This offer may be subject to applicable tax, if any.
  16. HSBC Bank’s and Jaya Grocer’s standard terms and conditions apply, and HSBC Bank reserves the right to vary, extend, or terminate the offer in accordance with those terms and applicable requirements.
