4. The minimum age requirement for salon services is two (2) years old.
5. Guests are advised to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of reservation that may affect the service or treatment experience.
6. Prior appointment at least 24 hours in advance is required and is subject to availability. Please contact the respective outlet for appointment arrangements.
7. Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
8. Guests are recommended to arrive at the Gentlemen's Tonic reception at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for a brief consultation regarding the selected service.
9. All first-time guests receiving grooming treatments at Gentlemen's Tonic are required to complete a consultation form prior to the commencement of the treatment.
10. Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, products, or other treatments.
11. These offers may be subject to applicable tax, if any.

Offer I:

1. Offer is applicable to normal-priced and à la carte services only.
2. The minimum age requirement for salon services is two (2) years old.

Offer II:

1. Offer is valid during the customers birthday month only, with a maximum of one (1) redemption per customer. Presentation of an Identity Card (IC) is required for birthdate verification purposes.
2. Complimentary service is applicable to all a la carte service, subject to the stylish's recommendation after consultation.
3. Birthday Offer is to be used in conjunction with Offer I.
4. This birthday offer is non-transferable to any person non-exchangeable for cash or other products/ treatments/services.
5. Each HSBC/HSBC Amanah cardholder is entitled to one (1) of Complimentary ala carte service throughout the offer period. 
6. Gentlemen's Tonic reserves the right to replace the Complimentary ala carte service with any items/services of equivalent value at any time as determined by Gentlemen's Tonic.
