Terms and Conditions

  1. Offers are non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified) and may not be combined with other offers, rewards, or loyalty programs.
  2. Offers must be made through the designated landing page via www.agoda.com/hsbcmy from 03 May 2026 (01.00am) until 21 May 2026 (11.59pm) Malaysia time.
  3. To enjoy the offer, payment must be made with HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i only. 
  4. The offer is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through the designated landing page.
  5. This offer is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Prepaid” and “Pay now” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” and “Book now pay later” flag do not qualify for the promotion. 
  6. The offer discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the promotion landing page after entering a valid HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i.
  7. The offer discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
  8. Agoda bookings may include promotional nightly rates (Promotional Rate) with check-in within 120days of booking date (Promotional Bookings). Agoda Bookings” refers to bookings made through Agoda’s online booking platform
  9. Agoda and HSBC Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue/withdraw this offer, with 3 days’ prior notice. 
  10. The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
  11. Offers rate subject to change, and seasonality surcharges may apply. 
  12. HSBC Bank is not the supplier of the service(s) and makes no representation as to the service(s) provided. Any disputes on the services from a merchant, should be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the merchant.
