  3. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  4. Offer is valid for two (2) participants registering together.
  5. Offer does not include specialist consultations beyond screening scope, follow-up treatments, medications, or hospital admissions unless otherwise stated.
  6. MSUMC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion with prior notice due to operational, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances
  7. Offer is valid for selected screening packages. Any additional tests, consultations, treatments, or procedures are chargeable separately and will be communicated in advance.
  8. Both participants must attend the screening on the same date and at the same time. Each participant must have an individual appointment record.
  9. The Complimentary Health Traveler Premier Screening Package under this offer is not exchangeable for cash or other products/treatments/services.
  10. Each HSBC/HSBC Amanah cardholder is entitled to one (1) of Complimentary Health Traveler Premier Screening Package throughout the offer period.
  11. MSUMC reserves the right to replace the Complimentary Health Traveler Premier Screening Package with any items/services of equivalent value at any time as determined by MSUMC. 
  12. All personal and medical information will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and MSUMC policies.
  13. All screenings are subject to clinical assessment by MSUMC doctors. MSUMC reserves the right to recommend alternative or additional investigations based on medical findings.

  15. MSUMC reserves the right to reschedule appointments with prior notice if required.
  16. Failure of either participant to attend, or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, may result in forfeiture of the promotional entitlement.
