- Offer is valid for a minimum spend of RM3,000 in a single receipt at Valiram's Friends & Family Sale at Mayang Sari Ballroom, JW Mariott Hotel KL using HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i(s).
- Splitting of receipts is not allowed.
- HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah is not the supplier of goods and service(s) and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and service(s) provided. Any disputes on product quality, or services from a merchant or retailer should be resolved directly between the cardholder and the merchant or retailer.
- Cashback will be fulfilled 16 weeks after the end of the promotion period and will be reflected in the card statement.
- The following terms and conditions apply to the Cashback(s):
- The Cashback are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or in kind.
- HSBC will not entertain any request to fulfil the Cashback to any third party other than the cardholders.
- During the Promotion Period and at the time of fulfilment of the Cashback, if any transactions made are disputed or alleged to be fraudulent, the cardholder will be disqualified from participating or receiving the Cashback for this promotion.
