Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer is valid on every Saturday and Sunday, from 21 March 2026 to 27 December 2026. 
  2. Applicable for all Travel and stay periods.
  3. Payment must be made with a HSBC Credit or Debit Card issued in Malaysia.
  4. To enjoy the offer, a minimum spend of RM1,000 is applicable for flights and RM600 for hotels.
  5. Offer is valid for payment in MYR only.
  6. Offer is valid for online purchases made through the Traveloka website, mobile site, and Traveloka App only (version 2.15 and above).
  7. Cardholders are required to create an account, log in and key in the card details before the respective promo code can be used at the checkout page to enjoy the discount.
  8. Promo code must be entered and redeemed at the time of purchase and will not be accepted after purchase is completed.
  9. Promo code is valid for all available flights and hotels in one Booking ID, with exception for Hotels ("Pay upon Check-in" rooms and selected hotels; subject to individual hotel policies
  10. Offer is valid for all available flights and hotels in one Booking ID, except "Pay upon Check-in" rooms and selected hotels, subject to individual hotel policies.
  11. Valid for one-time use per promo code per Traveloka user throughout promo period.
  12. Purchases made with this coupon are not eligible to earn Traveloka Points. Coupon is not valid for ancillary or add-on purchases. 
  13. Promo code must be entered and redeemed at the time of purchase and will not be accepted after purchase is completed. 
  14. If a booking is cancelled or refunded for any reason, the discount promo code applied to that booking will NOT be eligible for a refund, replacement, or reuse. 
  15. Promo code cannot be combined, non-stackable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash/product/credit-in-kind.
  16. Promo codes are capped to 700 units throughout the Promotion Period.
  17. All prices will be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  18. Coupon cannot be combined with other discount coupons and non-stackable, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash/product/credit-in-kind. 
  19. Any refund or reschedule will be calculated based on the total paid amount after the discount, not the initial price.
