Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Channel : Bookings have to be made via the specific partner campaign page via app or website = https://my.trip.com/w/visagochina. Bookings are not eligible via any other link, including the direct website at https://my.trip.com or via any third-party platforms
  2. Campaign Period:
  3. Booking Period - 1 June 2025 - 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive)
  4. Travel Period - 1 June 2025 - 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive)
  5. Promo is applicable with payments using HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card issued in Malaysia only. Usages of non-HSBC Visa Signature Credit Card will not be applicable. Offer is on a first come first served basis.
  6. Campaign is capped to 2x per user / per month for each product (2x hotel order and 2x flight order per month).
  7. Codes will be capped on a monthly basis for all offers.
  8. Discount provided in this campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions that require a promo code and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
  9. Promo Mechanics for Visa Signature Cardholders : 
  10. Hotels: RM 170 off with minimum spend of RM 1,400
  11. Flights: RM 170 off with minimum spend of RM 1,500
  12. Hotel discount applies to the price after taxes and fees have been applied.
  13. Hotel promo code is applicable to pre-pay room type online (i.e. pay online). Pay at hotel room types will not be eligible. Promo may not be applicable on selected properties.
  14. Destination limit is applicable for this promotion. Bookings will cover Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. Bookings to any other destinations will not be applicable.
  15. Flight discount applies to the price before taxes, fees and surcharges have been applied.
  16. Transactions have to made in Malaysia Ringgit, (“MYR”). Payment with other currencies will not be eligible.
  17. Offer is applicable to both new and existing Trip.com users. For new users - users will have to sign up for an account to be eligible. For existing users - users must log in to their account to use the promo code.
  18. Individual airlines/hotels may have different cancellation policies. Users are required to read the cancellation policies. for the specific hotel/room or flight/airline before booking
  19. If users change a booking (cancel, refund, and/or change) for which they have used a promo code, that promo code will no longer be valid. If cardholders wish to use the promo code again, please cancel the booking and make the booking within the campaign period. However, it is subject to availability of codes during that period.
  20. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or related to this campaign.
  21. Trip.com reserve the right to terminate, amend or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time.
