Privilege is valid for Visa cards issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.

2. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions,

offers, coupons, vouchers, or loyalty/privilege cards.

3. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount.

4. Confirmation is subject to room availability.

5. All entitlements listed are valid on the dates stated, are non-transferable, and

cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Once a booking is made, no cancellations or amendments are allowed.

7. Payment is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled or not utilized.

8. Presentation of the HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Visa Debit/Credit Card/-i is required

for verification process and payment must be made with HSBC Bank/HSBC

Amanah Visa Debit/Credit Card/-i in a single booking/ receipt. In the event if

payment is not made with a valid Visa card, full amount will be chargeable (without

discount).
