1) Offers are non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with

any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless

specified) and may not be combined with other rewards, or loyalty programs.

2) Offers must made through the designated landing page via

https://www.agoda.com/hsbcpremierMY only from 13 August 2025 (01.00am) until 31

August 2026 (11.59pm) Malaysia time and valid stays until 31 December 2026.

3) The offer discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the promotion landing

page after entering a valid HSBC Premier Travel Mastercard Credit Card or

HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier World Mastercard/-i.

4) To enjoy the offers, payment must be made with HSBC Premier Travel Mastercard

Credit Card or HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier World Mastercard/-i only.

5) The offers are applicable to selected pre-paid hotels with "Premier Travel discount" or

"HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier World discount" tags only. Pre-paid hotels accept

online payment whereas non pre-paid hotels require you to provide Eligible Credit \

Card number for guaranteed booking only, and payment will only be made upon

physical check out at the hotel. No discount will be provided for non pre-paid hotel \

booking.

6) If your booking is made directly through the Agoda website or Agoda app, no discount

will be offered and no refund will be arranged. The offers are applicable to designated

hotels/ room types/ destinations with "Premier Travel discount" or "HSBC/HSBC

Amanah Premier World discount" only.

7) Any relevant payment using Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay or any mobile

payment functions transactions made in Agoda Mobile App are not eligible to the

offers.

8) If HSBC and Agoda believe that you have acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner,

you will not be able to enjoy the offer.

9) Each user cannot make more than 7 bookings for each offer. In violation of this, the

bookings of such user could all be cancelled. Bookings made with the same credit \

card number/ contact or guest name/ account will be deemed as bookings made by

the same user.

10) In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Agoda and/or

HSBC shall be final and conclusive.

11) The offers are excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal

consumptions.

12) Agoda and HSBC Bank reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or

discontinue/withdraw the offers, with 3 days’ prior notice.

13) Offer I is capped at RM850 per transaction and offer II is capped at RM420 per

transaction and will be given out on a first come first served basis subject to

availability.

14) Offer rate is subject to change, and seasonality surcharges may apply.

15) HSBC Bank is not the supplier of the service(s) and makes no representation as to

the service(s) provided. Any disputes on the services from a merchant, should be

resolved directly between the Cardholder and the merchant.
