Merchant Terms & Conditions:

1. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer and solely responsible for this offer. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant.
2. Merchant reserves the right to update or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any updates or changes being made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on Merchant’s website at least 1 week before they take effect.
3. Payment must be made with a valid Credit/Debit/Prepaid Visa card to enjoy the privilege. Privilege is valid for Visa cards issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia.
4. Valid on normal priced items only.
5. The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash and not valid in conjunction with other promotion, discount or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
6. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of the discount.
7. Offer is applicable for 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite Lakeview, 3 Bedroom Deluxe Suite Lakeview and 3 Bedroom Executive Suite Lakeview only.
8. Rates are inclusive of 10% Charges and 8% Service Tax. Nett prices.
9. Free breakfast for children below 6 (1-5 years old), one (1) child in a 1 Bedroom, and maximum two (2) children in any 2 Bedroom and above.
10. Additional breakfast for Adult at RM68.00 per pax, Junior (6-11 years old)/ Senior (65 years old and above) at RM58.00 nett per pax.
11. Extra Bed at RM138.00 nett per unit per night including breakfast (max. 1 unit is allowed/each suite).
12. Rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers or discounts.
13. Tourism tax of RM10 per suite per night will apply for non-Malaysian guests.
14. Booking is subject to availability and advance reservation is advisable.
15. Black out dates apply.
16. Enjoy 10% off food and beverages (not including alcoholic and promotional items).

Visa Terms & Conditions:

1. To enjoy the privilege, payment must be made with valid Visa Credit/Debit/Prepaid card issued in Malaysia and outside of Malaysia during the stated campaign period.
2. Promotion is subject to change. Promotion may alter or extended with notification on respective merchant's website.
