Ben’s Independent Grocer (“B.I.G”)

500 Bites points*

Offer starts from 01/07/2025 to 31/03/2026

Receive 500 Bites points when you spend with a minimum of RM250 nett in a single receipt at any Ben’s Independent Grocer (“B.I.G”) outlets nationwide.

  1. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other on-going offers, discounts, vouchers, and loyalty programs/privilege cards.
  2. Offer is only valid with Bites Membership duly scanned before any payment is made.
  3. Payment must be made with a HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah Credit Card-i, issued in Malaysia only.
  4. Payments with HSBC Credit Card via mobile wallets (ApplePay, GooglePay, SamsungPay) will not be eligible to receive the Bites points.
  5. Offer valid for in-store purchase by participating counters only. Not valid for e-wallet, online purchase, self-checkout payment counters or smart trolley. 
  6. Offer is also not valid with google or apple pay payment.
  7. Each Bites member is limited to 500 Bites points per day with minimum spend of RM250 nett in a single receipt.
  8. The 500 Bites points is valid as per expiry indicated on the Bites app.
  9. The Bites points earned is non transferable nor exchangeble with cash. 
  10. Bites points will be reflected within 48 hours from the purchase to Bites app.
  11. Total Bites points are capped at 35,000,000 in Village Grocer, B.I.G. and BSC Fine Foods combined throughout offer period and will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis subject to availability.
  12. Offer is valid at all B.I.G outlets.
  13. Splitting of receipts is not allowed.
  14. This offer may be subject to applicable tax, if any.
