  • Offer I: Receive 800 Bites points when you spend a minimum of RM250 nett in a single receipt at any Ben’s Independent Grocer (“B.I.G.”) outlets nationwide with HSBC Premier Travel and HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier World Mastercard Credit Card/-i only.


  • Offer II: Receive 500 Bites points when you spend a minimum of RM250 nett in a single receipt at any Ben’s Independent Grocer (“B.I.G.”) nationwide with HSBC Visa Signature, HSBC TravelOne, HSBC Live+ and HSBC/HSBC Amanah Platinum Credit Card/-i.

  1. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash nor used in conjunction with any other on-going offers, discounts, vouchers, and loyalty programs/privilege cards.
  2. Offers are only valid with Bites Membership duly scanned before any payment is made.
  3. Payments with HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card via mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) will not be eligible to receive the Bites points.
  4. Offers are valid for in-store purchase by participating counters only. Not valid for e-wallet, online purchase, self-checkout payment counters or smart trolley. 
  5. Each Bites member is limited to 800 or 500 Bites points per day with a minimum spend of RM250 nett in a single receipt.
  6. The 800 or 500 Bites points are valid as per expiry indicated on the Bites app.
  7. The Bites points earned are non-transferable nor exchangeable with cash. 
  8. Bites points will be reflected within 48 hours from the purchase to Bites app.
  9. Total Bites points are capped at 80,000,000 in Village Grocer, B.I.G. and BSC Fine Foods combined throughout offer period and will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis is subject to availability.
  10. For Offer I, payment must be made with HSBC Premier Travel and HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier World Mastercard Credit Card/-i only.
  11. For Offer II, payment must be made with HSBC Visa Signature, HSBC TravelOne, HSBC Live+ and HSBC/HSBC Amanah Platinum Credit Card/-i.
  12. Offers are valid at all B.I.G. outlets.
  13. Splitting of receipts is not allowed.
