  7. Dining times are limited to 120 mins per session. 
  8. Offer is valid for walk-in, no reservation required.
  9. Each HSBC cardholder is limited to one (1) Complimentary 20th Anniversary Refill for the fourth person, when dining in a group of four. 
  10. Complimentary 20th Anniversary Refill is non transferrable to other person nor exchangeable with cash or any other products/services.
  11. Bar.B.Q Plaza reserves the right to replace the Complimentary 20th Anniversary Refill with any menu/services of equivalent value at any time as determined by Bar.B.Q Plaza.
