Terms and Conditions

  1. To enter you need to be the primary cardholder of HSBC Malaysia TravelOne credit card.
  2. You must also have a Qantas Frequent Flyer account in the same name at the time you request to transfer your Reward Points. To enroll, visit https://www.qantas.com/au/en/frequent-flyer/discover-and-join/join.html
  3. This promotion is valid from 1 Jun 2025 00:00 to 30 Jun 2025 23:59 (UTC +8).
  4. The bonus Qantas Points awarded will be 20% of the number of Reward Points transferred in a single transaction.
  5. The bonus Qantas Points will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of Qantas Points transferred from Reward Points during the Campaign Period.
  6. 20% more Qantas Points will be awarded by 30 June 2025 after you transfer your Points in exchange for Qantas Points. These bonus Qantas Points will be reflected as ‘Bonus Qantas Points’ separately in your Qantas Points activity statement.
  7. The bonus Qantas Points will not be calculated retroactively under any circumstances. If Reward Points are transferred to Qantas Points after the expiry of the Campaign Period, the Member will not be eligible to earn any bonus Qantas Points under this campaign.
  8. Points will be immediately deducted from your HSBC TravelOne Reward Points balance once you complete the transfer. Once you request to transfer, you cannot withdraw your request or receive a return or refund. There is no cash substitute for this offer and it cannot be combined with any other existing offer.
