Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer for this campaign is as follows:
  2. Card Type: Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cards issued in Malaysia
  3. Discount: 10% discount capped at RM150 per transaction (Visa Infinite), 8% discount capped at RM120 per transaction (Visa Signature)
  4. Booking Period: 19 February 2025 - 30 June 2025
  5. Travel Period: 19 February 2025- 31 December 2025
  6. Destination: Worldwide
  7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items, or fixed-price items (unless specified).
  9. The Promotion is valid for bookings on the Site made during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Travel Period.
  10. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Visa Infinite and Signature cards issued in Malaysia, which bear the Visa name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their valid Visa card to enjoy the Promotion.
  11. The Promotion is only applicable to select flights marked as “Promo Eligible,” made through a dedicated Promotion landing page at the following URL: www.agoda.com/visamyflights.
  12. The Promotion is applicable to flight charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses, and similar charges).
  13. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Visa card number.
  14. The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time. In the event of any ambiguity, these General Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Agoda’s interpretation.
  15. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
  16. All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other Agoda policies then in effect.
  17. Any concerns, clarifications, or disputes pertaining to this Promotion or the Privilege, or the services provided by Agoda in relation to the Promotion or its partner flight operators/providers shall be resolved and addressed by Agoda and/or its partner flight operators/providers.
  18. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Agoda nor Visa will be liable to you in connection with the Promotion, the Privilege, these General Terms and Conditions, or any other related subject matter.
  19. Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
  20. If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.
