ShopBack x Visa Bonus Cashback 

1. Visa Bonus Cashback is offered exclusively for users who link and pay with their Visa cards. Visa Bonus Cashback is given on top of the existing ShopBack Cashback deals on eligible purchases at eligible stores.
2. Visa Bonus Cashback is valid on selected dates from 11 December 2024 till 31 May 2025, or once Visa Bonus Cashback has been fully redeemed, whichever comes first. For more details, see “Campaign Period and Bonus Cashback” section below.
3. Visa Bonus Cashback is only available for the first order from each store for every campaign period. Subsequent orders from the same store within the same campaign period will not be eligible for the Visa Bonus Cashback.
4. Visa Bonus Cashback is capped at RM40 per order during the campaign period.

1. 11 - 13 December 2024: 30% Bonus Cashback
2. 25 - 31 December 2024, 1 January 2025, 2 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 4 April 2025, 5 May 2025: 20% Bonus Cashback
3. 25 - 31 January 2025, 25 - 28 February 2025, 25 - 31 March 2025, 25 - 30 April 2025, 25 - 31 May 2025: 10% Bonus Cashback

General Terms and Conditions

1. All Visa Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card members are eligible for the Visa Card Retail Program (“Program”) unless otherwise stated.
2. Promotion is valid for Visa Cardmembers who have enrolled in the Program and linked their Visa card on ShopBack via the dedicated partner link (https://app.shopback.com/mys/partner/visamy2023). 
3. Shop for your deals and check out as per usual and your Visa Bonus Cashback would be tracked in your ShopBack account within 48 hours to up to 5 working days.  
4. Visa Bonus Cashback will be tracked together with your affiliate Cashback. In some rare cases, it might take up to 14 days for Visa Bonus Cashback to be reflected in your account 
5. Only transactions paid using Visa Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards are eligible for the bonus. Transactions paid by 3rd party payment services provider or eWallet such as PayPal / Boost / TNG etc. as well as ShopBack Pay transactions are not eligible for the bonus. 
6. Only Pay Now transactions are eligible for bonus. Instalment / Pay Later / Reserve Now etc. are not eligible for bonus. To qualify for ShopBack’s Visa Bonus Cashback, Visa Cardmembers will need to click through ShopBack each time before redirecting to the Merchants’ platforms or store pages. 
7. Promotion is valid through ShopBack’s Web and/or App.

9. Payment must be charged to a linked Visa networked Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card on brand website/app.  
10. Offer is not valid with any other on-going promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges, unless otherwise stated. 
11. Visa and ShopBack reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice or withdraw or discontinue the Program at any time without any notice or liability to any party. 
12. Visa and ShopBack shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of Merchant’s goods and services.
