Recharge With Visa Promotion 

1. The “Recharge With Visa Promotion” (“Promotion”) will commence from 15 th January 2025 to 30th June 2025; both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
2. This Promotion is organized by Pixelbyte Sdn. Bhd. (known as “ParkEasy”). 
3. This Promotion is only open to registered ParkEasy App users and any type of registered Visa card customers being either debit, credit or prepaid card customers in Malaysia (“Qualifying Participants”). 
4. Qualifying Purchases 

(a) For Credit Rebate 

i. ParkEasy App users who tops-up a minimum of Fifty (50) Credits (“Credit Rebate Qualifying Purchase”) using any Visa card such as prepaid and/or credit and/or debit cards on the ParkEasy App will be entitled to a ten percent (10%) Credit Rebate; 

ii. The Credit Rebate shall be capped at five (5) Credits (“Credit Rebate Reward”) every 24 hours, regardless of the Credit Rebate Qualifying Purchase frequency made in 24 hours and such Credit Rebate Reward would be in the form of a code with no expiry date, which can be redeemed and used on the ParkEasy App; and 

iii. ParkEasy App users who are entitled to the Credit Rebate Reward will receive the Credit Reward within 24 hours through the email address which was registered on the ParkEasy App. 

(b) For Visa Cashback 

i. Visa Card customers who use any Visa cards such as prepaid and/or credit and/or debit card to pay for charging at the selected EV terminal bay will be entitled to a ten percent (10%) Cashback (“Visa Cashback”) upon completion of the transaction; 

ii. The Visa Cashback will be capped at Five Ringgit Malaysia (RM5.00) (“Cashback Reward”) for each transaction regardless of the payable amount at the selected EV terminal bays; and 

iii. The selected EV terminal bays for the purpose of this Promotion is the Shell Recharge bays at Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Mall, Bukit Jalil, Pavilion Hotel, Kuala Lumpur or Pavilion Mall, Damansara Heights (“Selected EV Terminal Bays”) 

Important Note: 

1. The Promotion Period may be extended by ParkEasy at any time without prior notice to the Customers. 
2. Any Qualifying Purchases made before becoming a Qualifying Participant will not be qualified to enjoy this promotion. 
3. Customers can make as many Qualifying Purchases as they wish during the Promotion Period, while stocks last. 
4. Strict fulfillment of all the steps under Paragraphs 2 and 3 above is required, failing which Qualifying Participants are not entitled to enjoy the Promotion Reward. 
5. Customers are not allowed to transfer orsell part of this Promotion or in its entirety to any party. 
6. The Promotion Rewards are not exchangeable for credit or any of its equivalent. 
7. The ParkEasy Credits procured under Qualifying Purchase can be used on the ParkEasy app.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ParkEasy reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or to terminate this Promotion at any time without notice or liability.
2. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 1 above, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Promotion.
3. All decisions made by ParkEasy in respect of this Promotion or in the event of any dispute are final and binding.
4. ParkEasy reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without prior notice. In the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by ParkEasy of this Promotion shall not entitle the Customers to any claim or compensation against ParkEasy for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
5. In no event will ParkEasy and its Affiliates be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if ParkEasy has been advised of the possibility of such damages are expressly excluded.
6. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
7. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” means a company which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with ParkEasy. Relevant to this, “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate fifty percent (50%) or more of voting capital.
8. By participating in this Promotion, Customers has read, understood and expressly agree and consent to:

• be bound by these Terms and Conditions including all ParkEasy’s decisions in relation to this Promotion;
• allow ParkEasy, its Affiliates and its agencies to process and disclose to any third party, the necessary personal data of the Customers provided by the Customers for this Contest for any and all purposes in relation to this Contest and any and all other activity relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of ParkEasy and its Affiliates;
• allow ParkEasy to collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the Customers’ personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the Customers for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, in its original or edited format, in relation to this Promotion without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
• authorize ParkEasy to process the Customers’ personal data provided pursuant to this Promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Form for Individual Customers.
• In the event:

1. ParkEasy determines that any transaction may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activities or involves any Promotion Reward that has been obtained through dishonesty or fraudulent means;

2. ParkEasy determines that a Customer has abused any of the Promotion benefits and/or privileges, has failed to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions set out hereinabove, or has made any misrepresentation to ParkEasy;

3. Any of the Promotion Reward is no longer made available; and/or

4. The Promotion Reward has been issued to a Customer in error or expired,

• ParkEasy shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Promotion due to any force majeure events which include but not limited to act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic and pandemic or any events beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
