Redemption Period Mon 15 Jul 2024 to Fri 28 Feb 2025 Terms and Conditions 

1. This redemption is valid from Monday 15 July 2024 to Friday 28 February 2025 or while stocks last. 
2. Valid for Singapore Airlines round-trip tickets (with exclusions of free of charge / redemption / rebated / industry discounted tickets) purchased from Monday 15 July 2024 to Friday 28 February 2025, with origin airports from: • Brunei Darussalam – Bandar Seri Begawan (BWN), 

• Cambodia – Phnom Penh (PNH) and/or Siem Reap (SAI), 

• Hong Kong – Hong Kong (HKG), 

• Indonesia – Jakarta (CGK), Bali (DPS), Medan (KNO) and/or Surabaya (SUB), 

• Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and/or Penang (PEN), 

• Myanmar – Yangon (RGN), 

• Philippines – Cebu (CEB) and/or Manila (MNL), 

• Taiwan – Taipei (TPE), 

• Thailand – Bangkok (BKK) and/or Phuket (HKT), 

• Vietnam – Da Nang (DAD), Hanoi (HAN) and/or Ho Chi Minh City (SGN). 

1. Payment must be made with a Mastercard clearly indicated in the receipt and/or payment details. 
2. First 1,200 Mastercard cardholders with Economy electronic ticket(s) issued by Singapore Airlines with travel period from Monday 15 July 2024 to Friday 28 February 2025, and with payment made with a Mastercard, will receive S$50 Takashimaya Shopping Centre shopping voucher. 
3. First 400 Mastercard cardholders with Premium Economy / Business / First / Suites electronic ticket(s) issued by Singapore Airlines with travel period from Monday 15 July 2024 to Friday 28 February 2025, and with payment made with a Mastercard, will receive S$100 Takashimaya Shopping Centre shopping vouchers. 
4. Redemption is limited to a maximum of one (1) per electronic ticket purchased/issued, on a first-come, first-served and while-stocks-last basis. Gifts must be taken on an “as is” basis, are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to the terms and conditions herein. 
5. Redemption can only be processed upon being fully furnished with the cardholder’s particulars, Mastercard credit / debit / prepaid card, electronic ticket receipt, payment mode and indication of consent or otherwise to receiving future direct communications from The Management for audit and verification purposes. 
6. Redemption must be done in person by the Mastercard cardholder as reflected on the credit, debit or prepaid card and proof of purchase/printed electronic receipt at the Global Tax Free (GTF) Counter located at Level 3, Customer Service Centre, Takashimaya Department Store from 10.00am to 9.30pm (SGT) or while stocks last. 
7. By participating in the promotion, the cardholder and any party acting on his behalf agrees and consents to The Management retaining, disclosing and using at its discretion, without any notification or compensation to the participant, any of his personal data for the purpose of this promotion. 
8. The Management reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to qualify for or make a transaction in the promotion. Such determination is final and conclusive, and The Management is not obliged to give any reason for disqualifying any person from participating in the promotion. 
9. The Management reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or any liability to any party. 
10. The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. 
11. Information stated is correct at the time of publishing. 
12. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, the Terms and Conditions listed on www.takashimayasc.com.sg shall prevail.
