HSBC GREATER TOGETHER PROMOTION
1. When is the promotion period?
The HSBC Greater Together Promotion runs from 28 November 2018 until 31 March 2019.
2. What are the Prizes that I can win?
RM1,000,000 worth of Cash Prizes and RM200,000 worth of Bonus Prizes are up for grabs throughout the Promotion Period.
3. Who can participate?
Both existing and new customers can participate as long as they fulfill the participating criteria of each category
(refer to Question 7).
CASH PRIZES
4. How can I unlock the RM1,000,000 Cash Prizes?
The RM1,000,000 Cash Prizes can be unlocked by accumulating Contest Entries earned by all the participants of this Promotion.
In order to earn Contest Entries, all you need to do is to Sign Up or Spend with selected HSBC/HSBC Amanah products (refer to Question 7). The Contest Entries you earned will automatically contribute to unlock the Cash Prizes and you will be in the running to win a share of the Cash Prizes.
You can gain additional entries via the following channels:
- 1) Additional 1 Contest Entry for each vote you casted for your preferred Bonus Prize.
2) Additional 100 Contest Entries when you sign up for HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i or HSBC Amanah Personal Financing-i at our HSBC Roving Truck!
5. How many tiers do I have to unlock?
There are 3 Tiers.
Here’s how many Contest entries it will take to unlock the RM1,000,000 worth of Cash Prizes:
• Tier 1 (RM400,000): Unlocked when the accumulated Contest Entries reach 10,000,000.
• Tier 2 (RM500,000): Unlocked when the accumulated Contest Entries reach 20,000,000.
• Tier 3 (RM100,000): Unlocked when the accumulated Contest Entries reach 21,000,000.
Once all tiers are unlocked, the share of the RM1,000,000 Cash Prizes will be distributed to the selected winners after the end of the Promotion Period.
6. What is the breakdown of the RM1,000,000 Cash Prize?

7. How can I earn contest entries?
You can earn Contest Entries through different categories by signing up or spending with selected HSBC/HSBC Amanah products. The Participation Criteria for each category are summarized in the table below.

8. Can I earn multiple entries from signing up more than one selected HSBC products?
Yes, as long as you fulfil the Participating Criteria and Eligibility Criteria as stated in
Question 7 above.
BONUS PRIZES
9. Can I use my Contest entries to vote for the Bonus Prizes?
No, you will be awarded equal number of Contest Entries and Votes when you fulfill the participating criteria. (i.e when your Primary Credit Card/-i application is approved, you will get 100 Contest Entries & 100 Votes).
You can only use the number of Votes earned to vote for the Bonus Prize(s).
10. How do I participate in the voting for the Bonus Prizes?
You will be given an Unique ID which will be sent to your mobile number maintained in HSBC's records. Login to www.hsbc.com.my/vote with the given Unique ID to vote for your preferred Bonus Prize.
11. Will I get any additional contest entries to unlock the Cash Prizes when I vote?
Yes! Each vote casted on the Bonus Prize(s) will give you ONE (1) additional entry for the Cash Prizes!
12. How do I know how many Votes I have accumulated?
When you login to www.hsbc.com.my/vote with your Unique ID, the number of Votes that you have earned and the balance votes will be displayed.
13. When will I get my Votes?
Your Contest Entries and Votes will be credited together as per the following schedule:

14. How many prizes are there every two weeks?
Every 2 weeks, there will be two new prize options for you to vote for. You must place your Votes on your preferred prize during the respective Voting Period in order to stand a chance to win the Bonus Prize.
15. If I voted for both options and I am selected as a winner, which prize will I get?
If you are selected as the Bonus Prize Winner, the prize that will be given to you will be based on the prize that you have chosen for that selected vote.
Example: You have voted for both Prize A and Prize B . After the randomization process, your Vote casted for Prize B was shortlisted as the Potential Bonus Prize Winner. Hence, you will receive Prize B only, subject to answering a question correctly.
16. Do I have to place my votes every two weeks?
No, you can cast your Vote(s) any time from 13 December 2018 to 30 April 2019.
17. Are my votes going to expire if I don’t use it?
Yes, your Vote(s) will expire after 30th April 2019, 11:59:59PM (Malaysia Time)
The Voting Period ends on 30 April 2019. Hence, please make sure to cast your Vote(s) before 30 April 2019, 11:59:59PM (Malaysia Time).
18. How do I know if I am the selected winner?
If you are the selected winner, you will be contacted by HSBC personnel to answer one question. You will only receive the Bonus Prize if you answer the question correctly.
If we fail to contact you after 3 attempts, the selected entry will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to receive the prize. We will then proceed to contact the next Potential Winner.
19. How are we receiving the prize?
HSBC will arrange for the Bonus Prize to be delivered to the selected winners according to the address maintained in HSBC/HSBC Amanah’s record.
HSBC ROVING TRUCK
20. What is the HSBC Roving Truck?
This iconic HSBC Roving Truck will be roving West Malaysia from 1st December 2018 - 31st January 19 to make signing up with HSBC easier.
21. What can I sign up at this HSBC Roving Truck?
You can only apply for HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i and HSBC Amanah Personal Financing-i at the truck.
22. Can I get more contest entries and votes when I sign up at the HSBC Roving Truck?
Sign up for HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card/-i or HSBC Amanah Personal Financing-i (APF-i) at our Roving Truck to earn double Contest Entries and Votes.
